Waiver & Liability

Acknowledgment of Risk

By booking or participating in any hunting, fishing, or outdoor activity through DreamHnF, the Participant ("Guest") acknowledges that such activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Hazardous terrain and environmental conditions;
• Firearms, archery equipment, and other weapons;
• Use of vehicles, boats, ATVs, or other equipment;
• Wildlife encounters, including potentially dangerous animals and insects;
• Weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, storms, and lightning;
• Water hazards, including rivers, lakes, ponds, and streams;
• Physical exertion and the risk of slips, falls, and other injuries.

Liability Release

Guest fully releases and discharges DreamHnF, its owners, officers, agents, subcontractors, employees, affiliates, and partners (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action related to:

• Injuries or bodily harm;
• Accidents or incidents;
• Property damage or loss;
• Death;
• Any other losses arising from participation in activities booked through the Platform.

This release applies to claims based on ordinary negligence of the Released Parties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Indemnification

Guest agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Guest's actions or omissions;
• Violation of laws, regulations, or property rules;
• Injury or damage caused to third parties or property.

Medical Treatment Consent

Guest authorizes emergency medical treatment if necessary while participating in any activity booked through the Platform and agrees to be financially responsible for all associated costs, including transportation, hospitalization, and medical care.

Binding Agreement

This waiver and release is binding upon:

• Guest;
• Guest's heirs, family members, legal representatives, successors, and assigns.

If any portion of this waiver is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
