Standard Guest Cancellation
- 24 hours after booking – Full refund if not yet approved.
- Up to 7 days before – 50% refund.
- Less than 7 days – No refund.
Host Cancellations
- Full refund to guest.
- Priority rebooking.
- Host penalties for repeated cancellations.
Weather & Safety Exceptions
Full refund when:
- State authority closes activity.
- Severe weather makes trip unsafe.
- Emergency wildlife alerts.
Rescheduling
- One free reschedule 7+ days before the trip.
