These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement ("Agreement") between you and DreamHnF governing your access to and use of the DreamHnF website located at www.dreamhnf.com, including related pages, mobile experiences, communications, account tools, booking tools, and all associated services provided through the DreamHnF platform.

When these Terms mention "DreamHnF," "we," "us," or "our," they refer to DreamHnF. When these Terms mention "you" or "user," they refer to any guest, host, visitor, landowner, outfitter, guide, or other person accessing or using the platform.

DreamHnF is an online marketplace that connects people seeking outdoor experiences with hosts and landowners offering access to hunting, fishing, and related outdoor activities on private land or approved properties.

1. Scope of DreamHnF Services

1.1 Marketplace Services

DreamHnF provides an online platform that allows hosts to create listings for hunting, fishing, land access, and outdoor-related experiences, and allows guests to browse, communicate, request, and book those offerings.

1.2 No Ownership or Operation of Listings

DreamHnF does not own, control, manage, operate, deliver, or supply any listed property, land access, guide service, hosted experience, accommodation, or activity. Hosts alone are responsible for their listings, pricing, descriptions, rules, legal compliance, availability, and all services they provide.

1.3 Direct Relationship Between Users

When a guest books with a host through DreamHnF, the booking relationship is directly between the guest and the host. DreamHnF is not a party to that direct agreement except as the platform provider facilitating the booking environment.

1.4 No Guarantee

DreamHnF does not guarantee the legality, accuracy, safety, suitability, quality, availability, or condition of any listing, property, host, guest, service, or activity.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract to create an account or use DreamHnF.

2.2 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account, listing a property, making a booking, or otherwise using the platform.

2.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity conducted through your account.

2.4 One Account Rule

You may not create multiple accounts for deceptive, abusive, or policy-evasion purposes unless expressly authorized by DreamHnF.

3. Host Responsibilities

3.1 Listing Accuracy

Hosts must ensure that listing descriptions, photos, activity details, pricing, property rules, access conditions, amenities, and all related information are accurate and not misleading.

3.2 Legal Compliance

Hosts are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, licensing obligations, insurance requirements, land-use restrictions, and safety standards relating to their listings and services.

3.3 Permits and Activity Rules

Hosts are responsible for clearly stating what is included, what is not included, and any local rules or restrictions that may affect a guest's participation in a listed experience.

4. Guest Responsibilities

4.1 Review Before Booking

Guests are responsible for reviewing listing details carefully before booking, including property rules, what to bring, cancellation terms, arrival instructions, and any permit or licensing requirements that may apply.

4.2 Lawful Conduct

Guests must use properties and participate in activities lawfully, safely, respectfully, and in accordance with all host rules and applicable laws.

4.3 Damage and Misconduct

Guests may be held responsible for damage, unsafe conduct, misuse of property, violations of host rules, unlawful activity, or any losses caused by their actions.

5. Payments, Fees, and Cancellations

5.1 Booking Charges

By submitting a booking or completing payment, you authorize DreamHnF and any payment provider acting on our behalf to process the applicable charges, including listing price, service fees, add-ons, and any applicable taxes or required charges displayed at checkout.

5.2 Platform Fees

DreamHnF may charge service fees to guests, hosts, or both. Any fees charged through the platform will be displayed before completion of the applicable transaction where required.

5.3 Cancellations and Refunds

Refunds and cancellations are subject to the specific listing policy, applicable platform rules, and any legal requirements that may apply. Users are responsible for reviewing cancellation terms before booking.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Posting false, deceptive, misleading, or fraudulent listings or content
Using the platform for illegal hunting, fishing, trespassing, or unlawful land access
Impersonating another person, business, or entity
Uploading harmful, abusive, infringing, or unlawful material
Attempting to interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the platform
Using DreamHnF to avoid platform rules or required fees after making contact through the platform

7. Content and Intellectual Property

7.1 User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit, but you grant DreamHnF a non-exclusive license to use, display, reproduce, adapt, publish, and distribute such content for the operation, support, promotion, and improvement of the platform.

7.2 Platform Ownership

The DreamHnF platform, design, branding, logos, software, text, and original content are owned by DreamHnF or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Outdoor activities involve inherent risks. By using DreamHnF or participating in any listed experience, you acknowledge and accept those risks.

8.2 No Warranty

DreamHnF provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

8.3 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DreamHnF will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, any listing, any booking, any outdoor activity, any user conduct, or any third-party failure.
