Guest Code of Conduct

Building a respectful, safe and trusted outdoor community.

Guests ("Hunters" or "Fishermen") using the DreamHnF Platform agree to follow this Code of Conduct when booking or visiting any property.

A. Safety & Legal Compliance

Guests must:

Obtain and carry all required hunting or fishing licenses, tags, and permits for the relevant jurisdiction and species;
Follow all state, federal, and local wildlife laws, seasons, bag limits, and regulations;
Use firearms, archery equipment, and other weapons safely, following all firearm safety rules;
Wear required safety gear (such as blaze orange, life jackets, or harnesses) when applicable;
Avoid reckless behavior that could endanger themselves or others.

Guests must:

Respect the Host's property, crops, fences, livestock, equipment, and structures;
Close gates, stay on designated paths or roads, and park only in allowed areas;
Not litter and remove all trash, spent shells, and personal items;
Not enter restricted zones or off-limit areas specified by the Host;
Not cut trees, move stands, or alter the property without permission;
Not bring unauthorized guests, pets, or vehicles unless clearly allowed by the Host.

Guests agree to:

Treat wildlife ethically and humanely;
Take only legal and ethical shots, avoiding unnecessary suffering;
Follow all bag limits and property-specific rules set by the Host;
Refrain from alcohol or illegal drug use during hunting or while handling firearms or equipment;
Respect other hunters, neighbors, and local communities.

Guests are responsible for:

Their own gear, firearms, archery equipment, and personal belongings;
Proper storage, transport, and handling of firearms and ammunition;
Reporting any property damage they cause and compensating the Host as appropriate.

Guests must:

Arrive on time or communicate promptly if delayed;
Follow Host instructions regarding check-in, parking, boundaries, blinds, stands, and departure;
Report safety concerns, injuries, or rule violations to the Host as soon as possible.

DreamHnF and Hosts may enforce consequences for violations of this Code of Conduct, including:

Immediate removal from the property without refund;
Temporary or permanent suspension of the Guest's DreamHnF account;
Reporting serious incidents to law enforcement or wildlife authorities where appropriate.

By using the Platform and booking any Listing, Guests acknowledge and agree to follow this Guest Code of Conduct.
